Hottest Places in Town?

Is it a good time to enjoy Hua Hin’s atmosphere amids the cooler weather (and sometimes the raindrops)? But even in rainy days, Hua Hin sure is serving its visitors the lovely scenes and relaxing air.

And are you by any chance looking for some hot places in town to pamper yourself with during your stay? If so, let me just suggest a few places which many have voted ‘hot’ and worth checking out! Here I’ve picked out a few places that are currently most talked about or written about in papers, magazines or even books. Also, some of these places I noticed, have become popular hangouts.

North Sea

North Sea

Located on the main Petchakasem Rd, close to the Minitel Hotel, the restaurant has a very sooting ambiance with Northern Thai style decor and fine artworks. Featuring Northern Thai and Vietnamese food, also presenting a wide choice of drinks, North Sea is now becoming more and more popular among locals and visitors. Being one of its regular customers myself, I feel that the food coming out of North Sea’s kitchen is as pleasing as its comfy atmosphere.

55th Corner

A cute little place that serves you more than just good coffee, food and snacks but also the cutely decorated setting.55th Corner is, as its name suggests located right at the corner of main Petchakasem and soi 55th. This is a cool hangout spot liked by Thais and foreigners.

Baan Khrai Wang…

It is such a surprise for a Hua Hin resident like me that Baan Khrai Wang has already been long well known to the Bangkokians and tourists from other provinces.

Here is where you go for coffee, super delicious cakes, sweets and snacks and great refreshments. On top of that, its beachfront location complements the setting of the place nicely. Definitely lives up its reputation! Is is located on Naekehard Rd.

Going for a walk?
Hua Hin Fishing Pier

Not just the place for local fisherman, their boats and fishes but the Hua Hin Fishing Pier has become a place tourists like to visit and go for a walk. This is a nice spot to view the boats on the gulf. I observe that more and more people including visitors choose to spend their early moorings and evenings there.

Takiab Beaches

The most peaceful location, with exceptional nice beaches is certainly the K
Khao Takiab area. If you wish  spend your time in a calm atmosphere with scenic views you’d better go to Khao Takiab. The long tranquil beaches are well suited for recreational relaxing. However, if you by any chance crave for fun-filled activities such as water sports, you can find that at the beach near the Anantasila Resort. But if you can keep going a little further and higher, not minding to climb a bit, Wat Khao Takiab is also said to be one of the greatest viewpoints over looking the gulf of Siam.
